Thank you to Joe for being so patient with us and explaining the information a few times to us. We finally just got it. We have spoken many times about this opportunity since the day we met with you and we come up with the same conclusion every time. That is, we simply would not have looked after our retirement if it wasn’t for you visiting us and getting us to commit to going further in our quest for knowledge. Well, we have done that now and have two investment properties to our name now and can’t wait to purchase the next two.

Many of my friends had invested in property in the past and some became and multi-millionaires by the time they were 45. I had never thought that I could invest in property as I am a moderate income earner and my wife looks after the kid’s fulltime. I was very surprised to see how the taxation and interest worked on the investment and how little I had to front up with each week. I’m kicking myself for not investigating this earlier.

A mate at the mines told me he heard of this crowd called PFI and they were good blokes and they had looked after him well with his taxes and retirement. I gave them a call and made an appointment to come in and have a listen to what they had to it.... After about an hour sitting there, I thought, what is this bloke talking about ? The penny finally dropped after another hour or so and I worked out that I wasn’t going anywhere with my good income. Apart from my house and ute – I had nothing! I said “sign me up mate – Get my one of these properties today”!That was nearly 19 months ago and now the beaut looking joint has been built and the tenants are paying their rent and everything is exactly as they said. The only advice I would like to share is that if you’re not an investor of some description – you’ll probably be broke like I was and not even know it. Get into it – It’s great.
